Your Rights and Responsibilities

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and r bajji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, betting markets, and content available on the r bajji website at https://r-bajji.com and any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the r bajji platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

r bajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email, account notification, or a prominently displayed banner on the website. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Interpretation

In this Agreement, unless context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal online account registered by a player on the r bajji platform.
• "Funds" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held within a player's r bajji account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by r bajji to eligible players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which r bajji operates its support and operational functions.

Account Registration

To access betting, live casino, and gaming services on r bajji, you must register a personal account. Account registration is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document
• A valid date of birth demonstrating you are aged 18 or older
• A valid and actively used mobile phone number registered in your name
• A unique email address not previously associated with another r bajji account
• A secure password of your own choosing, kept strictly confidential

r bajji reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending or unsettled bets, and permanent ban from the platform.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on r bajji. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, r bajji will close all accounts associated with that individual, void any open bets, and freeze any funds pending investigation. If fraudulent intent is confirmed, no funds will be returned.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. r bajji will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify us immediately via the 24/7 support channel so that your account can be secured without delay.

Age Restriction

r bajji is an adults-only platform. Access to all betting, casino, and gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

r bajji employs age verification measures at the point of registration, requiring players to self-declare their date of birth. In addition, formal KYC identity verification — which includes review of a government-issued photo ID — provides a secondary layer of age confirmation before any withdrawal is approved. r bajji will not knowingly allow any person under the age of 18 to register, maintain an account, deposit funds, or participate in any form of gambling on the platform.

If r bajji discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds within the account will be held pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be voided. Deposits made by an underage player may be returned to the originating payment source at r bajji's discretion after investigation is complete. r bajji reserves the right to report instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Players are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the r bajji platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. r bajji makes no representation that its services are lawful in all locations and expressly disclaims liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that online gambling is lawful in your location and that you are acting in compliance with your local laws.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on r bajji are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). r bajji does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The platform supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits

To deposit funds into your r bajji account, navigate to the Deposit section of your account dashboard, select your preferred payment method, and follow the on-screen instructions. Deposits are typically credited to your r bajji account balance within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. r bajji does not currently impose a maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your r bajji account.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account held in someone else's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• r bajji reserves the right to return a deposit to its source without processing if the payment cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• Deposits are non-refundable once they have been used to place a bet or participate in a game.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. r bajji aims to process withdrawal requests within 10–30 minutes under normal operating conditions, although processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC identity verification is complete.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before funds subject to bonus terms can be withdrawn.
• r bajji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by immediate re-deposit without gameplay may be flagged as suspicious activity and reviewed by the compliance team.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the r bajji sportsbook, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral cricket series, and any other sporting events listed on the platform. Additional sport-specific or market-specific rules may be displayed alongside individual markets and shall form part of this Agreement where applicable.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on r bajji are subject to acceptance by the platform. r bajji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion — including but not limited to situations where: the bet exceeds the published maximum stake for the relevant market; the player appears to be exploiting a pricing error; or suspicious betting patterns are detected that may indicate match manipulation or abuse of the platform.

Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as reported by the governing body or recognised official data provider. In cricket, r bajji uses real-time data feeds aligned with ICC, BPL, and BCCI official scoring. For events abandoned due to weather, crowd disturbance, or force majeure, settlement rules are as follows:

• BPL and T20 matches: If fewer than the minimum number of overs required for a valid result have been bowled, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If the minimum overs threshold has been met, a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is accepted as the official match outcome for settlement purposes.
• In-play bets placed after the event in question (e.g., after a wicket has fallen that was not yet reflected in the live odds) may be voided at r bajji's discretion.

Errors and Mispriced Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error — r bajji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. r bajji will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any published odds at all times. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their winnings voided and their accounts reviewed for continued eligibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

r bajji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or markets, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a ×20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met). Only bets placed with bonus funds — not real-money funds — count towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

Eligible Games and Markets

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically:

• Sports bets (single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater) contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms, typically 10%–20%.
• Slot games contribute 100% unless otherwise specified for a particular title.
• Certain excluded games may contribute 0% — these will be listed in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

r bajji strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotional offers. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering-requirement clearing outcome; using automated software or bots to place bonus-clearing bets; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, r bajji will void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any funds that were fraudulently withdrawn.

User Obligations

By using the r bajji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent ban from the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r bajji:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during account use
• Using the platform while under the age of 18
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature of the service
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event offered on the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn through the platform
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r bajji customer support staff or other players via any communication channel

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. You agree to use the r bajji platform for personal entertainment only and not as a primary or supplementary source of income. You acknowledge that r bajji provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — and you agree to make use of these tools proactively if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic. You accept sole responsibility for your own gambling behaviour and for any financial consequences that arise from your use of the platform.

Compliance with Laws

You represent and warrant that your use of r bajji does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. r bajji operates as an international online gaming platform and makes no representation that its services are permitted in all countries or regions. It is your personal responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your location before registering an account or placing any bet.

Account Closure & Termination

Either you or r bajji may close or terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your r bajji account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, all open bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is available for defined periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or as a permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no access, deposits, or bets will be permitted. r bajji will honour self-exclusion requests without imposing any obstacle or delay. Termination by r bajji

r bajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, account duplication, or collusion
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so
• Any conduct that r bajji reasonably considers damaging to the platform, its reputation, or its other players

Where an account is terminated by r bajji for cause, any funds in the account may be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, r bajji reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance, including any winnings derived from activity that constituted a breach. r bajji will not be liable to you for any losses or costs arising from such termination.

Effect of Termination

Upon closure or termination of your account for any reason, you immediately lose access to all platform features, including the ability to place bets, access your game history, or contact support via the account dashboard. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to clauses relating to fraud, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply following account closure.
